Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes we do! If shipping option is not listed for your country, please email flowersandthedog@gmail.com or DM @flowersandthedog, we will try our best to arrange it for you.

IS THE PRICE INCLUSIVE OF tax, customs and duties?

We are Flowers and the Dog are based in Hong Kong. If you are receiving your delivery in Hong Kong, VAT is not applicable and the price quoted to you is the final price you will pay (excluding shipping costs). However, if you order from outside of Hong Kong or are shipping to an address outside Hong Kong, local taxes and duties may be incurred and added on after the goods have entered your country. If this is the case, the courier will contact you directly to pay for the additional costs at your end. FLOWERS AND THE DOG will not be responsible for any local tax, customs and duties. We are unable to estimate the additional costs as they vary across countries.

CAn I ORDER OUT OF STOCK / BESPOKE ITEMS?

If you are interested in any out of stock items or if you have any bespoke design in mind, please do email flowersandthedog@gmail.com or DM @flowersandthedog on Instagram. We will try our best to see what we can arrange for you!

When will my order be Shipped and delivered?

We will pack your order as quickly as possible but please do allow some processing time. For print-on-demand items, it may take 1-2 weeks production time before they are ready to be shipped. Once your item is shipped you will receive a confirmation email, which will include tracking information if you choose a shipping option that provides this.
